Superior RX Plans is a membership-based discount prescription program.  To use this service, there is a one-time initial registration fee of $20 for account setup, plus a monthly membership fee of $4.95.  This entitles you to 100% of all the benefits of our discount prescription plan, which can save you up to 80% or more on your prescriptions (brand name and generics).  This monthly fee can also be paid in quarterly installments ($14.85/quarter) or as single up-front discounted annual payment of $49.95.

STEP 4: Complete, sign and fax all forms, including original prescriptions, a copy of your driver’s license (or other picture ID) and the enrollment form, to us at:

STEP 5: Upon receipt of your order, your order will be processed and shipped.  Please allow 8-12 business days from the day we receive your completed paperwork and prescriptions for processing and delivery of your medications.  If needed, a Customer Care Representative will contact you by telephone to verify your information and confirm your order.
